Comments-
Coach Huerta was a great and inspiring man. Getting to witness
him coach his team last year after all he and his family had
just been through was one of the best coaching jobs I had ever
seen. He never hesitated about coaching the team last year, he
said he made a promise to the kids and that he would follow
through with it. He was not a win at all costs kind of coach
if a kid was to light or to small but wanted to be on his team
he would stick with him. I always enjoyed watching his
team practice and the disciplined he instilled in them. The
Huerta family was a huge asset to our league and we will do
our best to live up to some of the standards they helped to
establish. Coach Huerta and Glory will be sorely missed our
deepest sympathies and best wishes go out to Zach, Marcus, and
Micaela they are great children who have an outstanding future
in front of them.

Coach Huerta was and is a true inspiration to not only children but everyone
who lives he has touched. You will never be forgotten and will always be in
our hearts. Your three angels that are with us will be taken care of. You
are home now with Glory and we will all meet again soon.

remarkable life. Coach Huerta was a kind and honorable man.
His loyalty to his family , as well as his devotion to youth
sports was remarkable. He is an example to all of us of what a
true Husband, Father, Coach, and Friend we should all be.
Everything which happens is part of God's eternal plan. Rest
in peace Coach, you outdone your work.

This is the
beginning of a new day. God has given me this day to use as I
will. I can waste it or use it for good. What I do today is
very important because I am Exchanging a day of my life for
it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever.
Leaving something in its place I have traded for it. I want it
to be a gain, not loss - good, not evil. Success, not failure
in order that I shall not forget the price I paid for
it.
I Believe that Coach Huerta and his wife Glory truly lived
their life that way. Both being such great parents and willing
to volunteer time with others to show that care and love. I
was deeply sadden by the loss of two great people in this
world. When Glory passed away last year, and Ralph was still
able to coach the team I grew tremendous respect for him,
knowing that not many people would have continued on. My
memories of seeing him spending time with his children and
giving them a smile is what I will never forget. The football
memory that I won't forget is when his son Marcus scored his
first touchdown in a flag game and seeing him in the stand
rise up and cheer that's my son. My condolences & support
in anything that Zach, Marcus & Micaela will every need I
will always be their to help.

I
am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our dear friend Ralph
Huerta. I am still in disbelief. I grew close to Ralph
and the kids this last year and appreciate all the kindness he
extended to me and my family. He was a truly wonderful,
honorable, dedicated and loving man I am glad to have
known. His time and dedication to the children is truly
inspirational. Raising his children, coaching, working a
full-time job, home work, school events, showers,
dinner…the list goes on and on, we can sometimes get
caught up in our every day life…but he somehow always
remained true to what was most important in his life…his
kids. Ralph…we were not ready for you to go just yet…being
all of our kids are all the same age; I thought we’d know
you forever…sitting at the Los Altos football games eating
nachos cheering the boys on…you will be deeply missed by all
who knew you.
